Our long bean
We started our first long bean on our field size garden. The yield we received was satisfied because we could bless the community and sold to organice stores in the city.
Here is our caretaker picking long bean. They also take them to sell in a local market. Some crops were set aside to give out to poor elderly and to widows in the village.
Here is Molula looking at her young plants of Long bean. Next to Long bean, we grew morning glories. Our caretaker’s wife loves pickling vegetable. She picked morning glories and placed them in jars.
We sold several jars of pickled morning glories to an organic store. She also took some to introduce to the villagers. We got a good feedback from our consumers.
