While I was collecting the last of the quail manure mixed with rice husk—a smell-free, sustainable method pioneered by Mr. Kol Phakon, our former intern—I was reminded again of how beautifully God writes each story.
Mr. Kol Phakon is a young man we supported from a poor rural village to the city. Through our ministry, he came to know the Lord and later led his sister and mother to Christ. Today, his mother serves joyfully as a gifted cook at a Christian Healing Home. What a powerful testimony of God's transformation and provision!
As I was loading the manure bags, I noticed a group of freshmen cutting cattle grass nearby. I approached them and asked if I could have some to replant at Livingwaterfarm.
That simple conversation led to another divine appointment. One of the young men shared that he’s from a village right next to our newly donated land—the Promised Land—a beautiful gift from Cambodian Christian Arts Ministries (CCAM). Even more amazing, he is working on his farming project on his parent's land which is next to our Promised Land.
Since then, I’ve kept in touch with the young man, Mr. Savdy, who has shown a sincere willingness to help. He’s offered to connect us with local resources and even help arrange labor to begin preparing the Promised Land.
God continues to open doors and bring the right people at the right time. We are so grateful for how He is leading and providing—one faithful step at a time.
