The Promised Land: Vision and Stewardship for Kingdom Expansion

We are deeply humbled and grateful to share a significant milestone in our ministry journey. Through the generous hearts of Cambodian Christian Arts Ministry, and by the kindness of its faithful leaders—Neakru Gioia, Noren, and Kelsey—a beautiful piece of land has been graciously donated to support the expansion of our mission.

This gift is more than land; it is a sacred opportunity. We believe that God, in His perfect timing and faithfulness, has entrusted this space to us to be used for His glory. Our vision is to transform this land into a place where lives are impacted, hope is restored, and many will come to know the love of Jesus Christ.

We thank God for this provision and for the people He has used to make it possible.

In addition to becoming a hub for trainings, discipleship, education, arts, and outreach, we also carry a heartfelt dream of building a retreat center on this land—a sanctuary where individuals, families, and ministry teams can come away to rest, reflect, and be renewed in God’s presence. We envision a peaceful environment surrounded by nature, where people can encounter healing, receive spiritual refreshment, and deepen their relationship with the Lord. This retreat center will serve as a place of refuge and restoration, supporting the holistic growth of leaders and believers alike, and empowering them to return to their communities strengthened and inspired to serve.

As part of our stewardship, we are excited to implement Farming God’s Way—a biblically-based agricultural method that not only restores the land but also uplifts communities through sustainable practices rooted in God’s principles. This approach will allow us to cultivate the land with integrity, care, and purpose, demonstrating God’s provision and wisdom in every harvest. We believe this initiative will serve as a powerful testimony of transformation, equipping others with practical skills while pointing them to the ultimate Provider.

Budget Allocation

We are seeking $12,000 to implement the first stage on the property. $5,000 is for transferring the land from the previous owner to us, and for the legal fees to process all paperwork.

Another $4,000–$5,000 (estimated) will be used to cover the land tax owed to the government. Currently, we are waiting for the paperwork to be completed, and then we can have full ownership rights and pay the tax on this land.

$2,000–$3,000 (estimated) will be allocated to prepare and clear the land, trim vegetation, repair the gate, and get the soil ready for planting high-value crop trees.
