The promised Land, Feasibility Outlook: Developing the Donated Land for Ministry

We are deeply humbled and grateful to share a significant milestone in our ministry journey. Through the generous hearts of Cambodian Christian Arts Ministry, and by the kindness of its faithful leaders—Neakru Gioia, Kelsy, and Noren—a beautiful piece of land has been graciously donated to support the expansion of our mission.

This gift is more than land; it is a sacred opportunity. We believe that God, in His perfect timing and faithfulness, has entrusted this space to us to be used for His glory. Our vision is to transform this land into a place where lives are impacted, hope is restored, and many will come to know the love of Jesus Christ.


We thank God for this provision and for the people He has used to make it possible.

Where is it, and how big is it?

The whole property is totally about 2 hectares which is about 5 acres. It is located in the city of Kompong Chnnang province.

What & who nearby?

There are villagers living around the land – wall, biz, schools, Bible school, churches. It has potentials to serve, to show, and to partner with the people around.

Potentials

After the completion of the first stage, clearning some unneccsary bushes, keep most highly valuable trees, we can consider renting 20-30% portion of the land to Christian ministries to generate income while using 70% for agriculture – FGW, and investment in fruit trees.

Long term consideration & Prayers : Retreat center - terms has been commonly discussed among our teams. We continue to pray for the Lord to guide us more for when He shows us, He will provide all the resources we need to set up like training centers - agriculture, arts, tech, and educations.


Budget Allocation

We are seeking 12 k to implement the first stage on the property. 5k is for the tranferring the land from the previous owner to us, and the fee for the lawyer to run all the paper work.

Another 4-5k (estimation) will be used to prepare as a budget for pay for the land tax to the goverment. Currently, we are waiting for the papwer to be done and then we can have the full right as ownership and pay the tax of this land. 2-3 k (estimation) will be allocated to prepare , clear, cut, fix the gate, and get ready for the planting highly valuable crop trees.
